Thank you Sue so much for your caring professionalism at such a difficult time. You helped me cope with everything that needed to be done and made me feel nothing was too much trouble. I shall always be grateful for your calm tone and quiet confidence which helped enormously and made our Mother’s funeral service seem effortless and dignified. So thank you to all involved for giving our Mother the send off she deserved.
Adrian we felt we had to write to you commending your professional and sensitive conduct for Aunt’s funeral service. The situation for us as distant relatives but with having the responsibility for her funeral arrangements was made easier by your management. Furthermore, we would like to say a huge thank you to Sue, your sister, for the floral tributes both on the coffin and for us. They were elegant, fresh and considering we only had a phone call the day after visiting you she portrayed our wishes in floral tributes marvellously. A huge thank you Sue.
